Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain access control systems, including Active Directory, Microsoft O365, Mainframe/RACF, File ACL in Windows File System, and scripting such as PowerShell.
• Provision and de-provision users, manage access requests, and conduct regular access reviews to ensure compliance with security policies and standards.
• Collaborate with other IT teams and business units to ensure that IAM systems align with organizational objectives and requirements.
• Develop and maintain documentation of IAM processes, procedures, and policies.
• Monitor system logs and activity to detect and respond to security incidents.
• Participate in audits and compliance assessments to demonstrate adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in IAM.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in Identity and Access Management or related field.
• Proven success in using Active Directory or Identity and Access Management tools.
• Demonstrated success in provisioning users (Onboarding, Offboarding, and Transfers).
• Experience in Security Access Management and demonstrated ability to manage access requests, conduct access reviews, and respond to security incidents.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft O365, Mainframe/RACF, File ACL in Windows File System, and scripting such as PowerShell.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, and ability to work in a team environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Relevant certifications in IAM, such as CISSP, CISM, or CRISC, are a plus.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $29.27 - $66.87 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
