We are currently seeking to fill two spots within our company. A 2nd shift trailer mechanic and a 2nd shift lead mechanic. Experience is required for the positions and pay is based off of certifications and experience.

2nd shift schedule 4pm-1am Monday through Friday.

Unlimited OT once trained. Weekly bonus paid off of performance.

**Sign on bonus of $1800 (based on 3 years of experience)**

Responsibilities:

• Lead a crew of technicians to perform work on time and safely!
• Diagnosing ABS systems on 28ft and 53ft trailers
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance on shop equipment
• Ability to diagnose and repair electronic, hydraulic, air brake, ABS, industry specific equipment and tools. such as; Cummins INSITE, and general snap on scanners.
• work with some air brake 28ft and 53ft trailers.
• Preventative maintenance inspections

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1+ years experience working as a shop manager AND performing repairs, diagnostics, and routine maintenance
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Must have own tools and tool storage
• must have a clean background check and a clean driving history
