The Production Team Member works as a part of a team performing multiple assembly duties for the construction of windows and doors.

Location: Shenandoah, IA

2nd Shift

• $20.75/hour + $2.00 shift diferential
• Monday - Friday
• 4:30pm - 3:00am

What you will do? As a Production Team member, you will:<

• Be able to lift 40-80 lbs. (Mandatory)
• Move to different lines and responsibilities.
• Learn and rotate to three (3) or more different responsibilities and/or positions on the assembly line.
• Operate equipment/tools that require close control, adjustment, and following production orders.
• Comply with safety, quality, and production requirements and procedures.
