The Job Squad is looking for a customer service representative in the Fellsmere, Florida area for a perm position!!!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Work closely with the Sales & Marketing team by providing administrative support with tasks

such as Answering Phones, Filing, Data Entry, etc.

• Work closely interdepartmentally, Accounting, Operations, Farming and Human Resources

• Interface with customers via face to face, email and telephone

• Assist with Bids & Quotes, Order Input, Marketing Projects, etc.

• Partner with Sales Account Managers to meet and exceed both internal and external customer’s

service expectations.

• Assist in scheduling marketing events such as trade shows, customer tours, new product

introductions and material development.

• Be willing and able to work a full-time schedule with flexible days and hours.

• Work with Sales and Production on creating a more efficient inventory management system.

• Work with Sales and Production on daily, weekly and monthly forecasting.

• Expected to perform the essential duties and responsibilities in a safe manner and according to

the standard set by B & W.

QUALIFICATIONS

• EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE – High School Diploma or Equivalent

• COMMUNICATION SKILL LEVEL – Strong written and oral communication skills in

English required.

• COMPUTER SKILLS – Strong computer skills (Mac and PC), Must be familiar with current

software packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.

• PREFERED QUALIFICATIONS – Strong Organizational, Multi-Tasking and Time

Management Skills

• CERTIFICATIONS and/or LICENSES REQUIRED – Valid Driver’s License required

with acceptable driving record.

• MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT USED - Standard office equipment

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
